Our goal at My Store is to ensure your Australian beverages and spirits arrive safely and promptly, upholding all national and state-based liquor regulations. We prioritize transparent and compliant shipping practices for all our valued customers across the country.
Our core commitment is to the responsible delivery of alcohol. By placing an order with us, you confirm you are over 18 years of age, and an adult signature will be required upon delivery. Our couriers are legally obligated to request valid ID if the recipient appears under 25 and will not leave packages unattended or with minors. This strict Adult Signature Required (ASR) policy is non-negotiable and aligns with responsible service of alcohol laws across the Australian states and territories.
We utilize specialized, high-density corrugated packaging, which includes molded pulp or die-cut inserts designed to cradle each bottle securely. This robust internal system is crucial for minimizing the risk of breakage during transit across long distances. All parcels are clearly labeled as containing fragile, age-restricted material.
For domestic Australian orders, we partner with reliable national couriers who have established protocols for handling age-restricted and fragile goods. While we strive for speed, regulatory compliance is always paramount.
(Shipping cost is €5.99 per order, with free shipping on orders over €35. Order processing time is 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days post-dispatch.)
Please be aware that shipping times can vary depending on your specific state or territory. Deliveries to regional or remote parts of Western Australia, Queensland, or the Northern Territory may require an additional 2-4 business days beyond the standard estimate. Furthermore, we observe all Dry Zone or restricted area prohibitions. Customers are responsible for verifying that their delivery address is not within a designated alcohol-restricted community, as our carriers cannot complete delivery to these locations and the order will be returned at the customer’s expense.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to no adult being available to sign, the courier will typically leave a card for re-delivery or collection from a nearby depot. After a failed second attempt or if the item is not collected within the courier’s holding period (usually 5-7 days), the parcel will be returned to My Store. Re-shipping will incur a new shipping fee.
We also stress the importance of accurate order details. Customers must double-check the delivery address and ensure the provided contact number is current, as this allows our couriers to communicate efficiently regarding delivery windows or ASR requirements. Failure to provide correct details leading to a return will also result in additional shipping charges for a second attempt.
