The Convotherm Maxx Pro bake 10.10 ES is an electric injection/spritzer combination oven capable of holding 8 bakery shelves (600x400mm). The Natural Smart Climate provides the perfect cooking climate and allows baked goods to absorb moisture ideally, through completely naturally for especially long-lasting freshness. It utilises the easyTouch complete package and provides users a full range of impressive and practical features. The Press&Go system allows for automatic baking with the quick selection buttons and ensures the best, consistently reproducible results. It generates steam by injecting water into the cooking chamber which provides consistently great baking results.  The intuitive easyTouch control panel is simple to use gives chefs unrivalled precision and control over the baking process.
